Hello Pools & Spas,

I want to send a quick note to you concerning the service I received yesterday from Brian.  This will be the second time Brian has come out to provide service at our home.  I neglected to contact you last year after his visit and want to be sure I did the right thing this time.

Let me say this – we have had quite a few contractors and service technicians out to our home since we moved in last September.  Most came and went without saying much more than hi and goodbye.  They arrived with what almost seemed like a chip on their shoulder and were not very friendly or informative.  Honestly, even though they may have done their jobs, I can’t remember who they were and would not use them again even if I did.

Brian on the other hand, was very attentive during his service visit.  My wife and I had many questions about the service Brian provided and he did a fantastic job answering all of them.  I watched Brian while he worked on the filter and was pleased at how well he did his job.  He literally had to take the filter apart grid by grid to get it back to full operational order and managed to do it without breaking a sweat.  Me?  I would have given up and tossed the thing in the trash.  Brian remained cool and got the job done.  This is the best our filter has operated since we moved in.

My wife and I are very pleased with the service Brian provided during yesterday’s visit AND during his visit to us last fall.  Thank you Brian for your expertise and doing a fantastic job!

I look forward to calling on Pools and Spas again should the need arise down the road.  I am also looking into a renovation project next summer and would like Pools and Spas to provide us with a quote.  Please have Steve give us a call when he has a moment.
